Dear Miche,
I loved your guest post article on gaining Emotional Serenity at http://serenityhacker.com/2009/11/3-keys-to-emotional-serenity/

Emotions, especially the intense ones, can be so difficult to face. Our first response is to want to run from them or push them back down. But the most difficult emotions also offer the most fertile areas of personal growth.

Thanks for visiting and sharing your insights.

Hi Dr. Annette. I agree, all emotions need an outlet fo expression. In fact, anxiety can often be caused by not allowing ourselves to feel emotions (fear, sadness, grieving). I have a guest post at my blog today from Melissa at MindfulConstruct that talks about the need to let ALL of our feelings flow, even the turbulent, not-so-nice ones like you mention. In that in doing so, more calm, serene emotional states can manifest.

Great post. Don't know if I've commented here yet but I'm a reader and a subscriber, and enjoy your blog! :)
Cheers,
Miche
