		<description>Over the years I have noticed that most people fail to look for the best in themselves. Life tends to get busy and problems are often allowed to overshadow who we are and our accomplishments. I think people should spend some time everyday learning to recognize and cherish their best in performance, behavior, and thought. Everyone has something to share if they will only take the time.
